What do I do if my SkyCaddie is displaying an 'Update Program' or 'No Application Found' message?

  1. Connect the SkyCaddie to the computer and turn it on.
  2. Open the CaddieSync program.
  3. Click on Tools in the top left hand corner of the CaddieSync window.
  4. Select Reload and then Last Application.
  5. Follow the prompts on the screen to reload the application onto your SkyCaddie.
  6. If you do not see a pop up box after clicking on reload application, or if you get a message that says "Could Not Reload SkyCaddie Application" or "No Recent Application Found" please click on the link below to initiate a remote support session with SkyGolf Advanced Technical Support. http://clubsg.skygolf.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3351
